The best chocolate chip cookie recipe for first time cookie bakers!

She added chocolate chips to give it the added chocolate feel with each bite. And for an added crunch, I included almond & walnut bits. Everyone can't get enough of it. It's easy to munch it all away in front of the TV.

With Almond as the powerhouse of Vitamin E and walnut which has an excellent level of Vitamin B6 - it's a good snack for both adults & children.

If you are a first timer trying your hand at cookie baking, you'll find this recipe extremely easy to follow. You'll be getting out of the oven in no time and enjoying it.

Ingredients (B):
180 gm plain flour

1/4 tsp baking powder

10 gm cocoa powder

Ingredients (C):
60 gm chocolate chip

20 gm almond nips

40 gm walnut (chopped)

Method:

1. Cream (A) till smooth.
2. Fold (B) into (A) and mix till well combined.
3. Use a spatula to fold (C) into the mixture.
4. Roll out the dough flat. Use a cookie cutter to cut out the cookie shapes.
5. Bake at 150ºC for 25-30 minutes. Cool on wire rack before storing in an air tight container.
