Till I found this recipe. The secret to achieving the best moist chocolate cake recipe is in the liquid. Too much and your cake turns soggy. Too little liquid, your cake turns out dry. And bake it at the right temperature. So here goes, it's quick and easy to prepare. Ingredients: 200 gm butter 310 gm castor sugar 1 tsp vanilla essence 1 cup milkSift together: 240 gm plain flour 80 gm cocoa powder 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda 1/2 tsp salt Method: - Cream butter and sugar together till light & fluffy. Add eggs one at a time & beat well.
- Add vanilla essence into the milk.
- Stir alternately milk mixture & sifted dry ingredient into the creamed mixture.
