Deliciously fudgy chocolate brownie recipes.
There are different types of brownie recipes. There's the cake-like or fudgy type, crusty or the soft type. They are just so quick and easy to make. You can customize to your own taste by adding nuts or raisins or chocolate chips. While it looks like a cake (though) much lower in height, it's much easier than baking a cake. Once you have the baking ingredients ready, it only takes 10 minutes to mix everything together and in it goes into the oven. It's a good recipe to start if you are just starting to learn baking. It's convenient to bring it with you for a snack on-the-go and if you want to eat it at home, you can pop it into the oven to warm it a little and serve with ice-cream or warm chocolate sauce. It goes really well with a cup of coffee too. The texture is between a cake and a cookie, not too soft and not too hard. When it's done, you just need to cut it into squares and ready to serve! There are many different variations of brownies - chewy, fudgy, or cake-like. If you like a softer texture, use cocoa powder as it stays soft when cold. Once you get familiar with the recipe, you can modify it to suit your liking. If you want it fudgy - reduce the flour and baking powder. If you like it chewy, add an extra egg. You can also add more flour if you like a firmer texture.
