I used to collect lots of chocolate cookie recipes but when it comes to baking it, I chicken out. Whenever I start the process, it becomes repetitive with the cutting. And the waiting time...Oh it seems like eternity before I can enjoy them fully.

Each time I get discouraged, I would go back to baking my favourite cakes and muffins. I find these much easier to manage.

Then I discovered a quick and easy method. The trick is don't bake it alone - that's boring. Always get a few people to do it with you. Make it a fun family time or bonding with your friends. And time flies when you're having fun & sharing the goodies!
