Ingredients: 200 gm Dark Chocolate 1 cup Evaporated Milk 60 gm Butter 4 tbsp Sugar 1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence A pinch of ground Nutmeg
In a saucepan, melt sugar in milk over low heat. Stir constantly until sugar is dissolved.
Add chocolate and butter chunks to the mixture and stir until dissolved and well mixed.Stir constantly to avoid burning.
