Quick and easy chocolate sauce for your desserts and strawberries

Chocolate sauce is such a wonderful thing to have in the pantry. Deliciously sweet and indulgent. It's a perfect treat when you add it to enhance all sorts of desserts and snacks.

It goes really well with so many types of food - strawberries, ice cream, nuts, raisins, cakes, pies, cookies, brownies, pudding, pastries, breads, pancakes and a whole lot more. The list is just endless, so stretch your imagination!

You can prepare it before hand and store it in the refrigerator. This makes it so convenient to add on to your desserts. No hassle!

Feel free to modify the recipes to fit your taste. I used to make only one type all the time. After awhile, everyone gets bored with the same taste.

So I challenge you to think this. Who says it has to be plain or only one type? You can easily enhance the flavour with coffee, hazelnut, orange, nuts, spices like nutmeg and cinnamon.

You can also make it dark or white or rich or bittersweet. See, even though you love chocolate, you don't have to limit yourself to one flavour.

When you have exhausted your list of flavours, you can add liquer like Irish Cream, brandy, etc. See, put on your creativity had and the list is endless...

I have here some recipes to start off. All are just lovely and really quick and simple to make so you spend less time in the kitchen and more time enjoying it. While it's something simple, the result is manifold making both kids and adults happy and they'll be sure to ask for more.
