Melt In Your Mouth Chocolate Cookie Recipe.

This melt in your mouth chocolate cookie recipe is great for all occasions. It's really quick and easy to follow and a sure winner for taste. Be sure to make a few batches as you'll have everyone asking for more.

200gm cup butter

60gm icing sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

70gm all purpose flour

70gm corn flour

30gm cocoa powder

Pecan nuts (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. With an electric mixer, cream butter, vanilla essence and icing sugar until light and creamy.
  3. Sift flour, cornstarch and cocoa powder into the mixture and mix until well combined.
  4. Line a cookie tray with non-stick parchment or greased paper.
  5. Spoon the mixture into a piping bag with a 1cm wide star nozzle. Pipe a rossette and place half a Pecan nut on top. Alternatively, if you do not have a piping bag, use a teaspoon to scoop the mixture and drop a teaspoon at a time onto the baking tray.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden and crisp.
