Most delighfully Rich Chocolate Cake Recipe. An all time family favourite!
My mom has had this rich chocolate cake recipe for as long as I can remember! She used to bake it so often when I was a little girl that I would say this is the first cake I was introduced to. When I learned to bake in my teenage years, I took over the tradition of baking this cake from her. I modified it a little to make the cake texture a little moist and still keep the rich chocolate taste.
This cake makes a great dessert item. So if you want something homemade & taste as good as from the cake shop, this is the recipe to try.
You can whip it up real quick and easy as this recipe is simple. You can serve it plain, no frills - make sure you serve coffee or tea to go with it. Or if you feel like making the cake a bit more lavish, just top it with a layer of rich chocolate cream and you can pass it off as a birthday cake!
