Chocolate Semolina Cookies
Chocolate semolina cookies is suitable for all occassions. There's something about it that gets to you with the first bite. One is never enough to stop at. I like to bake it by 2 batches so that there's substantial. If you want to bake it as gifts, pack it into a clear jar and tie a ribbon at the neck. Simple, easy to bake and deliciously crisp. I love the chocolate flavour! Ingredients: 120 gm butter 140 gm self raising flour 30 gm cocoa powder 40 gm almond flour 100 gm sugar 1/4 tsp salt
Method: - Mix all the ingredients to a soft dough.
- Rest the dough for about 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough into half centimeter thick and cut with cookie cutter.
- Lightly glaze with egg yolk and bake at 190°C for 20 minutes.
